Ohio in the Fall

I can't believe that people who live in the west think that where they live is beautiful. The mountians are grey and brown for most of the year. There is a little color in the fall and a little green in the spring. I like to look at the mountains but I wouldn't want to look at them all year long.

I know that people from the West miss their mountains and can't seem to drive in the East without having them as their compass. Having lived in Ohio all but three years of my life I can get along nicely without them.

I have been sick since Saturday morning and I feel mostly better today. I even went out shopping today for awhile. I didn't find anything I wanted to buy. I think that is great. That a person can go out with intentions of buying something and come home with nothing.

I took some pictures of Maggie yesterday. I was 80 degrees and I wanted to get outside to enjoy the weather even though I didn't feel that great. I had a treat in my hand so that she would raise up her ears. I think she looks so cute when she does that. She is a great dog and I wish that I had more time that I could spend with her.

I also took a picture of Lilly. Her one eye has a cataract so it turned darker than the other eye. I have to brush her now because her fur gets matted if I don't. She is old but she is still likes to sit on your lap.

I also took a picture of my Mustang. It still looks good with a few minor scratches in the finish. I am thinking of selling it next spring. I might miss it just a little. I liked to brag about it. It is a fast car.
